Consultation Fees:

This includes all homeopathic remedies, call-in time support, and brief check in calls as required to track response.  Any additional supplements (Bach Flower Essences, cell salts, ) are charged if provided by the office, or can be obtained independently by the client from health food stores, holistic pharmacies or online vendors.

 

Payment:  The client is responsible for payment of all fees at time of service.  Payment may be made with cash, check, credit card or PayPal.  Please make check payable to “Heidi Martin.”  Clients who have off-site/virtual consultations are asked to keep a credit card on file.  A $40 fee will be charged for any check returned to the office unpaid.

 

Insurance / HSA / FSA:  We do not file any forms for insurance or reimbursements, but can provide an account statement(s), including CPT codes, if the client would like to file for reimbursement with their insurance companies.  Clients are encouraged to investigate all options for insurance reimbursement or use of plans such as Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA), which may allow reimbursement of payment with pre-tax funds.

 

Cancellations:  If it is necessary to cancel/reschedule an appointment, notification of schedule change must be made at least 24 hours in advance.  Appointments that are missed or cancelled late represent time that was scheduled for the client, and will be charged the full fee.

 

Interim Support:  For scheduling, brief check-ins, questions and acute complaints, please call during morning call-in time, 6:30-7:30 am EST Tuesday and Thursday each week.  Calls should be made to 781-856-5744.  There is no charge for calls during this time.  These are intended to be brief calls that can be taken care of in 5 minutes or so.  If an acute appointment (usually 15 minutes) is required, it can often be scheduled for later that day.  Although the Homeopathy office is closed most nights and weekends, I will do my best to respond in a timely fashion.  There is no call-in time on weekends. 

 

Email:  Clients may email to WholeHealthVisions@Protonmail.com for scheduling, questions about symptoms, their therapeutic plan or response, or any non-urgent topic.  Calls are generally answered each day.  Emails are answered as time allows.  If there is any concern that requires a prompt response, or you have not received a reply from an email in the timeframe you require, please call.  Please do not contact via text message.
